Provider Profession Needed:
OB/GYNSpecialty:
OB/GYN outpatient (Merced location needs someone whos willing to do call only a phone call then the patient will be directed to another hospital or location. The Modesto location is no call for the first 3 months but possibility of call and optional for call after that). Call is 1:4 or 1:6. Start Date:
2/5/2024
End Date:
5/3/2024
Length of Assignment:
3 months with possibility of extension
Credentialing Timeframe:
3 weeks
Work Schedule:
MF 8AM 5PM Admin time built into these hours
Patient Volume:
Approximately 24 patients/day; 29 are scheduled but there is a 20% no show rate. Walkins and same day appointments are also welcome if there is a huge no show rate so may be up to 29 patients/day.
Procedures:
Full scope OB/GYN. Do not send only OBs or GYNs. They want providers to be able to do both OB and GYN procedures/scope of work.

License Needed:
Active CA license
Certifications Needed:
BC or truly BE
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
13 years of experience
Interview Schedule/Preferences:
Name clear process will have to pass a name clear before presentation is sent.
Other additional pertinent information:
Try to schedule the OB/GYNs with their own MAs. There will be 1 MAs scheduled with them. The MA is a float.

There are additional sites/locations for OBGYN and the locum will have to be comfortable to switching locations if absolutely needed.

There is a 3 week ramp up period of Epic training.

75% of the population is Spanish speaking and Filipino. They have interpreter lines and virtual translation as well. Most of their permanent staff is Spanish speaking or able to understand Spanish.
