Junior Fleet Sales Agent

Are you an ambitious, sales driven individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in a B2B sales environment? If so, we want to hear from you.

Salary: Highly Competitive Basic and Uncapped Commission. 21,000 to 24,000

Average OTE 30K to 35K in the first year.

You will have the following skills experience and attributes.

Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate new business and promote fleet products or services.

Identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Maintaining a detailed understanding of the company s fleet of products or services, including their benefits, features and pricing.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to record and track customer interactions and sales progress.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Providing regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends.



Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes desirable however not essential.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales driven and focused on achieving results.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
