Candidates hired for this role will be required to start onsite from Day 1 following hybrid work option, 2 days in office. Please submit candidates who are local to either Tampa or Dallas.

This is an Onsite 6 Month Contract - NO C2C. - NO Exceptions.

Project: DCA (Data Capabilities & Adoption)

Knowledge and skills requirements:

• 5+ years of professional data-related experience in the financial services industry
  
• 8+ years Java development experience
  
• Experience working with the Modern Data Stack including Big Data, Data Fabric, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.
  
• Sustained full-lifecycle technical leadership on data-intensive development projects (e.g. data warehouse, data lake, data transport systems, metadata management systems, data quality, analytics & reporting)
  
• Deep expertise in data management, data architecture, metadata management, data integration, data governance, data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), data transport, data quality, and master data management
  
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
  
• Excellent understanding of distributed and cloud-based data technologies and analytics tools
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology and architecture marketplace
  
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  

Requirements
