Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments devising care plans implementing them and evaluating patient progress

Administering medications and prescribed treatments

Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient observations

Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care

Educating patients and families on conditions treatments and selfcare

Maintaining accurate medical records and reports

Responding effectively to emergencies

Adhering to hospital policies procedures and infection control protocols

Engaging in ongoing education and training for professional development

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one before starting

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Previous experience in acute care settings is highly advantageous

Demonstrated understanding of nursing principles practices and techniques

Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptability in a dynamic fastpaced environment

Dedication to providing exceptional patientcentered care

Certifications like ACLS or PALS are advantageous but not mandatory.
