Your mission

As part of our dynamic Marketing Department we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Digital Marketing to lead a newly formed team and play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Team Management:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership to the digital marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
• Develop train and manage a highperforming digital marketing team.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee endtoend digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email marketing social media content marketing and online advertising.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance.

Analytics & Budget Management:

• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with market strategy regional marketing PR events and creatives as well as the global headquarter to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
• Engage with sales teams to understand customer pain points and preferences ensuring that digital campaigns are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing.

Your profile

• Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and team leadership.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Analytical Proficiency: Proficient in using data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and make datadriven decisions.
• Industry Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the renewable energy sector or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English language skills (C1) are mandatory. Good German language skills are a plus (min. B2).
