Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Remote (Mahwah NJ)

General Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You will be responsible for enabling conversion of functional requirements into technical requirements that allow the development team to build capabilities within the Salesforce platform. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform as well as people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

Primary Job Duties:

1. Provide endtoend solution architecture as it relates to Salesforce and its integrated systems.
2. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
3. Develop configuration for the design/creation/prototyping of new software products enhancements and fixes while documenting and maintaining technical architecture and designs.
4. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
5. Lead technical discussions around Development Integration Data Security Mobility etc. concepts and ensuring best practices are implemented.
6. Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate this could include deploying changes following CI/CD standards.
7. Lead code review sessions and plan platform optimization efforts with development and product team members.
8. Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
9. Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.
10. Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce.
11. Collaborative project and workstream planning.

Required Education Training and Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive when online.
• Minimum Salesforce certified:
• Salesforce Designer certification is a necessity.
• Salesforce Architecture certification is a necessity.
• Certified Application Architect is a bonus.
• Sales Cloud Consultant is a bonus.
• Service Cloud Consultant is a bonus.
• 34 years of experience in Salesforce administration security and development for Sales/Service Cloud.
• 1 to 2 years experience in configuring and managing SFDC FSC Cloud Marketing Cloud and Integration of these clouds.
• Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. API governor limits and test coverage) and how they influence design.
• Experience implementing a SDLC utilizing Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX) automated builds with CI/CD Pipelines and version control practices (such as GIT).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and be results driven. Should be familiar with agile driven development.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities.

• Consumer mortgage industry experience.
• Indepth experience building customized Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Indepth understanding of Administration data management and security.
• Indepth understanding of Salesforce API integration with third party data sources.
• Indepth understanding and experience in developing Apex triggers classes controllers SOQL/SQL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Lightning Design System (SLDS) custom web services (REST and SOAP) and VisualForce pages Salesforce DX/CLI.
• Advanced Apex debugging experience using VisualStudio Code Illuminated Cloud or similar tools to identify and fix bugs within existing codebases.
