Job Objective:
IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems installs and configures hardware and software solves technical problems and ensures the whole company runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Install modify and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with LAN WAN and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Installing and monitoring CCTV system.
- Visit vendors to purchase devices and IT tools.
- Visit technicians to maintain laptops and any IT devices.
Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 2 3 years in a similar field
Education:Bachelor s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
Language: English is a must
Computer: They must also possess adept knowledge of the following: Trouble Ticketing Systems Monitoring Tools Network Protocols LAN/WAN knowledge TCP/IP Internet/Browsers Excel Access Outlook and MS Exchange
