In your role you will develop and execute carefully crafted PR strategies and plans that will strengthen Impact Hub Berlins reputation and brand values.

Your deliverables

• Develop and implement a holistic PR and communication strategy and messaging
• Identify the trending topics in impact entrepreneurship and create engaging strategies for how Impact Hub Berlin joins and leads conversations around them
• Manage projects from initial outreach and negotiation through to concept creation campaign execution KPI tracking budgeting reporting and analysis.
• Create press releases media kits and other communication materials to present our brand in the relevant German media
• Establish and expand a network of journalists multipliers and cooperation partners that increase the visibility of our brand
• Manage press inquiries
• Plan and organise media visits and speaking opportunities for our team
• Support internal stakeholders to ensure our programmes events and opportunities get in front of the right eyes

Your qualifications and skills

• 3 years of experience in public relations in Germany ideally in related sectors or at a PR agency;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German
• Business level of English;
• Great interpersonal communication and stakeholder management;
• Organized and structured. You like a dynamic work style where you steer multiple projects simultaneously;
• An understanding of and a keen interest in the world of entrepreneurship impact and innovation;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a will to introduce and develop new ideas;
• Ideally an existing network of press contacts in Germany

• Advanced technical expertise across several digital platforms and channels;
  
• Indepth knowledge of sustainability and impact entrepreneurship with a focus on sustainable food circular economy diversity equity and inclusion and green tech;
• Collaboration within a growing network of local and global members partners and stakeholders;
• Brand and partnership management.
