Job Description
- Develop and teach nursing courses for undergraduate and/or graduate students.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Bring real-world clinical experience to enhance classroom discussions.
- Share practical insights gained from a minimum of five years of recent clinical practice.
- Preferably, contribute expertise in high-intensity neonatal care. - Contribute to the development and improvement of nursing education curriculum.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging healthcare practices.
- Use technology to enhance teaching, including diverse educational platforms.
- Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into lessons.
- Mentor and guide nursing students during practice practicums.
