We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk engineer to join our team. Ideally you ll have a strong background in customer support hardware configuration and networking as well as also having proven experience with MS Office 365 MS Intune MS Entra and Zendesk. With experience in both Apple and Windows estates you would bring a hardware agnostics skillset to the team.
To succeed you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as experience in managing external partners.
Provide technical support to users via phone email and inperson.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including Office 365 Intune MDM and general business application issues.
Manage New User onboarding from User Account creation through to hardware procurement and configuration.
Log and manage tickets via Zendesk and Atlassian Jira. Updating or creating confluence pages with relevant support information.
Manage both Apple Mac and Windows 10 & 11 estate.
Provide excellent customer service and support to onsite and remote staff. You ll be familiar with remote management toolsets.
Some things you ll need a hand with so you ll have experience escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues or address project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.

Requirements :
What it takes to succeed:
Relevant IT qualifications you may have a degree or several IT specific certifications.
2 years of experience in IT Services & Support.
Experience with Office 365 Intune and Zendesk Atlassian products OnePassword.
An indepth skill base in active directory user permissions and security groups. Azure and AWS will be environments you ll be comfortable in.
Experience with hardware configuration and networking. An interest in hardware would be a nice to have.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills you ll be able to build credibility and rapport with people quickly.
Experience in 3rd party management assisting in helping our partners delivery quality support.
