Location: G teborg

Job Description:
Lead large and successful change and IT projects
Work with AWS serverless development teams
Create modern and agile development teams
Academic Master degree required
Minimum 1015 years of professional experience in change management
At least 3 documented successful large scale change projects
At least 1 documented successful largescale project within digital transformation
Experience in AWS cloud services
Previous experience as CDO or equivalent in a large organization preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills in technical and organizational change management
Strategic planning and setting objectives
Technical proficiency in digital technologies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Adaptability and collaborative mindset



Requirements

Academic Master degree
Minimum 1015 years of professional experience in change management
At least 3 documented successful large scale change projects
At least 1 documented successful largescale project within digital transformation
Experience in AWS cloud services
