We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team to open the Amazon.de marketplace for one of our services.
Job Overview:
Daily you will work prospecting in the Amazon.de market for your own leads and managing inbound leads to set up appointments. The role is focused on delivering 100% or more of your target appointments and deals in the month and year ahead for the “Recoveries” line of business. This job is fundamental to building out the sales division of the company digitally driving maintaining and accelerating our 50% yearonyear overall Agency growth.
The role requires continual upskilling of your knowledge around the Amazon marketplace and its products and services. There is a natural growth path to being promoted to selling our full set of Agency services into the Amazon.de market. This will happen by demonstrating aptitude and results.
Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new leads using cold calling accountbased marketing online marketing Google searches LinkedIn & XING Social Marketing joining Ecommerce associations personal networks referrals and any other bright ideas to find and engage with new prospects.
Develop advanced Amazon Seller and Vendor knowledge to be able to consult with our prospective clients as a wellversed Amazon marketplace expert
Use your sales or business development experience (preferably within the agency environment) to set up appointments pitch (over video call predominantly) and write proposals to sell the company’s recoveries service into the Amazon.de market.
Demonstrate your sales acumen viz. understanding the ratio of calls to meetings required to secure meetings close deals and ultimately deliver on targets.
Support any inbound leads qualifying opportunities and work these through the pipeline stages to setting up an appointment presenting solutions and closing deals.
Diligently use and maintain data in all SaaS solutions that you have as tools (HubSpot G Suite Click Up and others).
Report regularly to the Sales Team on your pipeline new opportunities pitches and deals won.
Maintain relationships past deal won stage to support the servicing of the contracts.
Support our other internal teams by being a presentable professional accountable dependable accurate honest Sales Consultant.
Be agile and willing to adapt and change and constantly be learning.
Complete all assigned inhouse training about all things Amazon.
Transfer any pitching or sales assets from their English versions to German continuously.
Research the Recoveries opportunity within the Amazon.de marketplace to present as an expert in this field.
Requirements:
Native German speaker (written and spoken)
Fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
An expert listener
Must be able to think on your feet and perform under pressure
Have experience with getting past gatekeepers to reach your prospects
Must have experience prospecting and selling into the German or DACH markets
Should be tidy and organized with attention to detail
You are confident and eloquent in German & English comfortable pitching to anyone
Demonstrable success in appointmentsetting and sales being consistently over target
Have a minimum of two years of appointmentsetting or sales experience
Ecommerce marketplace and agency experience is highly advantageous
Ability to learn at an accelerated pace with a view to being fluent in the Amazon landscape within the first 2 3 months especially Amazon vendor
Contactable references relating to sales performance appointment setting and sales acumen
