Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the German market.
- Understand client goals and recommend strategic marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Advise on campaign planning brand positioning and optimizing online performance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products or services ensuring client satisfaction and longterm growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends competitors and opportunities in the German market.
- Build strong longterm client relationships by providing consultative support and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in sales marketing or consulting roles.
- Previous experience in B2B environments is highly desirable.
- Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis to develop actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field is preferred.
