Job Description

Requirements And Qualifications

  • A 2 to 4 year college degree
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience - preference for experience as a recruiting or events coordinator in a higher education or corporate setting
  • Demonstrated administrative and/or event planning experience in a demanding environment
  • Computer and web literacy (Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including excellent skills in Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Competence and high comfort level with learning new computer software, including the career management system - preference for McDonough Career View/12Twenty
  • Outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
