Traffic Manager

We are Trucksters () a rising star(tup) in the brandnew digital techlogistics field.

What do we do We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing longhauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other we are improving the standard of trucking.

Who are we We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting sales tech) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently.

Where are we We are based in Madrid although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain Germany The Netherlands Belgium Poland the UK and France.

Our vision is to move the worlds road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers life.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized person to join our team as a Traffic Manager. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of projects coordinating tasks and optimizing resources to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving as a team player

What youll do:

Manage project timelines milestones and dependencies.

Monitor workloads and adjust schedules as needed.

Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders.

Provide updates on project statuses and potential roadblocks.

Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.

Streamline communication channels to minimize delays.

Work with our internal TMS in order to monitor routes and drivers and have a fluent and organize communication with them.

Be in charge of route planning for our trucks taking into account the type of merchandise mileage type of trucks relays among other important details in the logistics of each truck.

What should be the ideal profile:

• 2 years of proven experience in traffic management or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software TMS or similar.
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality work.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• You will need to be calm and collected ambitious motivated and adaptive.
• Strive to improve not just yourself but everyone around you.
