The Digital Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects from inception to completion. This includes defining project scope, developing project plans, overseeing project execution, monitoring and controlling project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, and ensuring that project deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards. The Digital Transformation Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and business units to align project goals with organizational objectives, and to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Responsibilities:
    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management plans
  • Monitor project progress against plans, identify and address issues and risks, and take corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage project teams and resources, including internal and external team members, vendors, and contractors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation projects
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Understanding of digital transformation technologies and trends
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus
