So whats the mission of the Visual Merchandiser
To support our in store experience by implementing inspiring windows and in storedisplays that are commercially led.
What does success look like in this role
- Carrying out regular store visits to all stores to ensure effectiveness of VM andprovide relevant feedback through hands on VM and training.
- Fostering strong relationships with the store teams to develop their
understanding of merchandising and maintenance. - Strong visual merchandising skills with experience in creating compelling andinnovative displays.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams in VM.
- Commercially minded results driven and proactive in researching ourcompetitors.
- Managing the installation of new windows and concepts working closely withstore teams and Area Managers.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility and availability to travel is essential.
- Supporting the Visual Merchandising Manager with creating innovative instore layouts and window concepts as well as sourcing sustainable props fornew stores and product launches.
What would you like from me
- 3 years experience as a Visual Merchandiser preferably within a Field VM role.
- Strong visual display skills.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams in visual merchandising.
- Commercially minded and results driven.
- Flexibility and availability to travel is essential.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign preferable.
