SAP- PP Consultant

Lead and participate in SAP PP implementation projects including requirement gathering

solution design system configuration testing training and postgolive support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning processes

identify areas for improvement and provide expert recommendations for SAP PP solutions.

Configure SAP PP modules to support demand management sales and operations planning

master production scheduling material requirements planning capacity planning shop floor

control and production execution.

Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) Sales and

Distribution (SD) and Plant Maintenance (PM) ensuring seamless data flow and process

integration.

Provide functional and technical expertise in resolving complex SAP PP issues optimizing

system performance and implementing best practices for production planning and

execution.

Develop and maintain SAP PP documentation including business process procedures user

manuals and configuration guides.

Conduct enduser training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP

PP functionality and process adherence.

Stay informed about SAP PP best practices industry trends and new SAP releases and

provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Information Technology or

related field.

Minimum of 6 years of handson experience as an SAP PP Consultant with expertise in at

least 3 full lifecycle SAP PP implementations.

Indepth knowledge of SAP PP configuration including production orders bill of materials

work centers routings MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and capacity planning.

Proficiency in integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA

Manufacturing.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain concepts and shop floor

operations.

Ability to create and customize SAP PP reports using tools such as SAP S/4HANA Embedded

Analytics SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP Fiori.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

SAP certification in Production Planning is preferred.

Experience working in industries such as pumps discrete manufacturing process

manufacturing is a plus.
