Macks Solicitors a trailblazing legal firm in Teesside is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Conveyancing Locum to join our team on a temporary full time basis.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and effectively.

Conduct property searches review titles draft contracts and handle all related legal documentation.

Liaise with clients solicitors estate agents and other parties involved in property transactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and procedures.

Provide highquality legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with significant experience in conveyancing.
  • Proven track record in managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
  • Strong knowledge of property law conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detailoriented approach with the ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience using conveyancing software i.e. Leap and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability to work within a temporary capacity and seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.

Duration: Temporary/Contractual basis of six months with possible extension
