Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance)

Job Summary: The HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance) plays a pivotal role in managing human resources functions with a specific emphasis on payroll processing legal compliance and administrative activities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll management adherence to labor laws and regulations and efficient HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Accurately process and administer monthly payroll including salary disbursements deductions and reimbursements.
- Handle payrollrelated queries and issues from employees.
- Stay updated with tax regulations provident fund and other statutory deductions ensuring compliance.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws employment regulations and statutory requirements at the local state and national levels.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update company policies and practices accordingly.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Admin Activities:
- Oversee general administrative tasks including office maintenance vendor management and procurement.
- Manage office supplies equipment and facilities ensuring a conducive work environment.
- Coordinate with external agencies for services such as housekeeping security and maintenance.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll and compliance.
- Support in handling disciplinary and grievance issues in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Promote a harmonious workplace culture.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records including payroll data leave records and attendance.
- Prepare and submit HRrelated reports and documents as required by management and government authorities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll processing legal compliance and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws payroll systems and compliance requirements.
- HR certification or postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus.
