- Welcome customers and assist them in frame and lens selection
- Understand the customer s lifestyle & choice and Prescribe corrective lenses and spectacles
- Answer customers questions about lenses, specs & Sunglasses Cross-sell products
- Help the customer to select the best-fit product
- Close sales, take customer s orders and coordinate for timely processing of orders
- Make follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service
- Usage instructions should be given to customers
- Implement sales and promotional activities in the store
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Maintaining a neat and orderly appearance throughout the store and always maintain a pleasant ambiance in store at all time
- Ensure stock availability of frames
- Job Card filling, Bill entry, Sale order creation, Fitting process entering and Sale slip entering should be done
- Spectacle dispensing,Quality checking of dispensed spectacle & lens and Spectacle repairing in a primary basics etc should be done
- Ensure racks are fully stocked with spectacle products
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Achieve individual and store goals and targets
- Handle all customer complaints in the most effective manner
- Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, and machinery in the Store.
- Update reports to Optical Manager like Daily optical performance report, Daily Individual sale performance report, Daily Individual fitting performance report, Monthly optical performance report, Monthly individual sale performance report, Monthly individual fitting report etc.
- Execute all other tasks given by management from time to time
