Job Description
Introduction
You will be working in our modern and comfortable 116 bedded Nursing Home located near East Finchley Tube station. Hammerson House enjoys lots of sociable communal spaces and beautiful woodland gardens.
We are looking for 1 Hospitality Service Team Leader who have a passion for the delivery of a firstclass service to our residents. You will be supervising the teams on the floors and responsible for the daytoday operations for food beverage and housekeeping.
What will your typical day involve
You will be supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through all residents interactions.
Responding to residents requests with appropriate actions and level of service maximizing residents satisfaction
Promote facilities and services to our residents and relatives and organis special events
Organise and conduct service pre and postshift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff such as house count and menu changes/requirements.
Ensuring that all Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements are followed and assisting with training the team to our standards.
Who are we looking for
You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once youll be comfortable multitasking able to work on your own initiative unsupervised and where necessary working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their homes.
You will have a cheerful compassionate respectful and caring approach and good communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of the needs of older people and the desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.

Full Time 37.5 hours on a rota
