DIspatcher/Service Coordinator
Hilton Head Island SC
$20 $25 per hr based on experience plus commission.

As an HVAC Dispatch/Service Coordinator you'll be the maestro of our daytoday operations harmonizing our skilled technician teams with the service needs of our treasured clients in the Hilton Head Island area. Key responsibilities:

Smoothly orchestrate the dispatch of HVAC technicians based on service calls.
.
Maintain effective communication with technicians and customers.
.
Prioritize service calls based on urgency and geography.
.
Track and analyze dispatch data to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
.
Stellar organizational and multitasking abilities.
.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
.
A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

MUST BE SERVICETITAN PROFICIENT

Four (4) years dispatching experience.
.
Familiarity with the Hilton Head area a plus.
