Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manage who be in charge of bringing in new clients & managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals.
- Find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately convert them into clients.
- Ability to think outside the box, meet tight deadlines, and be flexible
- Continue to grow business in the future by implementing tactics in line with company image
- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for the sales team while providing support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Work with the Business Development Director, Bid Manager & Operations Leads to develop alternative commercial models and offerings
- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in Business Development and Lead Generation activities, preferably with facilities management or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
