Develop implement and manage a robust compliance program ensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential legal and ethical risks.
Provide expert guidance and training to employees fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
Investigate and address compliancerelated issues promptly ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to align processes and activities with established compliance standards.
Stay actively informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices updating policies and procedures accordingly.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory authorities highlighting compliance activities and achievements.
Act as a knowledgeable and responsive liaison with regulatory bodies addressing inquiries and participating in audits.
Requirements:
Possess a bachelors degree in business Law or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
Accumulate a commendable 3 years of progressive experience as a Compliance Officer showcasing expertise and success.
Indepth knowledge of relevant laws regulations and industry standards with a keen understanding of legal and ethical considerations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail in assessing and addressing compliance issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fostering effective collaboration and the ability to convey complex compliance concepts.
