Scott & Crosby is excited to partner with an insurance company to find their new Application Development Manager
Type of role: In-office
Salary: up to $130,000
The Application Development Manager will work as part of the Enterprise Solution Delivery team under the direction of Enterprise Solutions Senior Director of Application
The Application Development Manager is responsible for managing a team of application developers to facilitate the technical solution definition for enterprise
The Application Development Manager will manage the day-to-day performance of subordinate staff to ensure all project and/or department milestones and/or goals are met and achieve overall company
As an Application Development Manager, the goal is to maximize the individual team members contribution, in order to drive the overall team forward in accomplishing IT This will be done by facilitating goal setting quarterly, through frequent one-on-ones and team meetings, as well as any other medium the Application Development Manager feels is
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong background in IT, ideally in web and application development
- Must be familiar working with enterprise-level printing (PrintStream and document generation)
- Must have 2 years of experience managing technical teams
- Must have Working knowledge of document generation software such as OpenTxt, Rubika and Precisely
