Launched in 2021 Dalma is a French insurtech that offers fully digital userfriendly and transparent pet insurance. We aim to become the #1 petcare app in Europe helping dog and cat owners take care of their animals with affordable insurance plans and unlimited access to vets.

Within 2 years we already achieved :

• Over 40 000 happy cats and dogs insured
• 15 million euros of funds raised in Series A
• A team of 65 petlovers working together in France and now in Germany
• A super mobile app rated 49/5 stars on the Apple store

In 2023 weve embarkedon an exciting new journey opening Dalma to the German market! Were looking for enthusiastic adaptable and resourceful candidates willing to take on new challenges and join our Berlin Team

More specifically as a Partnership Manager your role will be crucial in Dalmas success in Germanyhelping us have a deep understanding of the petcare ecosystem and its mainactors (breeders trainers vets..) and being responsible forbuilding mutually beneficial and longlastingpartnerships with them to bring new leads and potential clients.

What you can expect to do :

• Define and implement partnership strategieswith relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem starting with dog trainers and breeders. Your goal: make sure they recommend Dalma to all their clients as the #1 pet insurance.
  
• Build longlasting and meaningful relationships with B2B partners collaborating with our internal teams to see how Dalma can meet their needs.
  
• With the help of our Marketing Team develop relevant marketing campaignstargeted to B2B stakeholdersand create marketing materials to help our partners promote Dalma.
  
• Implement tracking mechanismsto measure the success and effectiveness of your partnership programs and provide key insights on these results.

Who you are :

• You have previous experience in managing B2B partnerships as a Partnership Manager Account Executive Account Manager Sales B2B etc.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You are a people person and find it easy to build relationships with others!
• You are a handson person you adapt quicklyandyou like to take ownership of your work.
• You are an animal lover and find it motivating to advocate for their wellbeing.
