SUMMARY
The Senior L3 Engineer role will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients system administration and help desk support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the provision of endtoend technical support and troubleshooting to clients implementing advanced problemsolving skills and technical knowledge to resolve complex issues.
- Perform advanced system administration tasks leveraging tools such as Azure Active Directory and VMware to optimize system performance and security.
- Use Autotask ConnectWise RMM and Datto RMM to remotely monitor manage and troubleshoot IT systems and networks addressing escalated issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize technical expertise in Networking Firewall Microsoft 365 and Cloud Servers to design implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure that meets organizational needs and security standards.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and implement IT security measures using experience in Computer & Network Security to contribute to overall network integrity and resilience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes systems and issues using experience with MSP Management and Ticketing Software to streamline future troubleshooting and training efforts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members providing clear updates and feedback and maintaining excellent service standards.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in the following:
- Technical support and information technology knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- System administration experience
- Senior experience in Azure Active Directory Networking Firewall Microsoft 365 Cloud Servers & VMware.
- Experience using Autotask ConnectWise RMM Datto RMM.
- Experience with MSP Management and Ticketing Software.
- Computer & Network Security experience is a plus.
- Experience in providing Excellent Help Desk Support.
- Strong time management documentation & reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
