This is a remote position.
SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the NOC Technician is to learn the inner workings of our clients networks and software to support their business focusing on monitoring and maintaining infrastructure health and security.
As part of the team you will work alongside our dedicated technical staff handling a wide range of requests and issues. To achieve our high standards every member of our team must be able to:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owns and delivers accurate NOC reports on time and on schedule
- Application installation troubleshooting and updating
- Network troubleshooting and optimization
- Patch management antivirus and security review and updating
- Performance and event log reporting
- Perform and review backup and storage hygiene review and remediation
- Complete and review NOC reports including performance and event log reporting
- Receiving reviewing and actioning on afterhours alerting and voicemails

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
