* Lead the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
* Address employee relations issues conducting investigations and providing guidance on conflict resolution.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.
* Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.
* Implement strategies to enhance overall employee performance and engagement.
* Conduct regular bench marking to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.
* Provide guidance on salary negotiations promotions and other compensationrelated matters.
* Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws and regulations.
* Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update policies and procedures accordingly.
* Utilize HR analytics to assess and improve HR processes and initiatives.
* Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and present findings to leadership.
* Use datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking and enhance HR strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
