Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative coordination or assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicative skills both written and verbal through multiple electronic tools (email instant chat text etc).
- Strong decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and webbased applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility in working on routine tasks as well as project related work.
- Able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow policies procedures and protocols related to administrative services.
- Oversee and manage facilities contractors ensuring timely and accurate completion of their tasks.
- Coordinate and manage office operations such as mail distribution facilities management and procurement and restocking of supplies/tools throughout the site.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Serve as focal point for contract administration practices. Manage paperwork associated with variances and exemptions according to DuPont and site practices.
- Serve as procurement focal point for the site assisting requisitioners with resolution of procurement and payment related issued with centralized group offsite.
- Manage hardcopy document archiving process.
- Management of site rewards and recognition programs.
- Manage external communications to outside parties particularly with Community Engagement team.
