As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing the revenue of the retail sales of brand new vehicles and accessories whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities Maximize the retail sales of brand new vehicles and accessories Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment and able to close the deals with highest level of customer satisfaction. Having comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the features, specifications and unique selling points of vehicles Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media etc. Upsell whenever an opportunity arises i.e. additional accessories for the selected vehicle. Assisting with vehicle displays & presentations Expanding customer base and strengthening the loyalty of existing customers through suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, answering questions, accepting and acting upon feedback Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales of brand new vehicles Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player, with strong interpersonal, relationship and customer management skills Accurate customer needs analysis and understanding
