Business Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst specializing in Software Development Lifecycle you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze document and manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders development teams and other key players to ensure the successful delivery of highquality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
   

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit document and analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements.
     
   • Conduct thorough requirement workshops and interviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives.
     

2. Documentation:
   

   • Create clear and concise documentation including functional specifications user stories process flows and wireframes.
     
   • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
     

3. Communication:
   

   • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to facilitate effective communication.
     
   • Communicate requirements and project updates to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
     

4. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
   

   • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and actively participate in all phases from initiation to deployment.
     
   • Ensure that requirements align with project goals and are delivered within the established timelines.
     

5. Quality Assurance:
   

   • Collaborate with testing teams to develop test cases and ensure that solutions meet specified requirements.
     
   • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that may arise.
     

6. Continuous Improvement:
   

   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle.
     
   • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing overall project delivery.
     

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
  
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
  
• Proven ability to gather and document detailed requirements for complex projects.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  
• Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
