Job Description
Performs full range of General Radiology procedures including but not limited to: Portables, fluoroscopy, operating room, trauma, contrast studies and DEXA bone densitometry in a digital/PACS Responsible for operating a variety of x-ray equipment in both a hospital/trauma and outpatient ; Responsible for confirming order/correct patient/correct exam and entering exam in ; Must obtain quality image including both technical and positional Responsible for maintaining exposures to ionizing radiation as low as reasonably ; Responsible for confirming patient demographics and lead markers prior to processing/QA and releasing image and assuring all Stat procedures or special exam instructions are completed ; Adapts to schedule changes including call shifts and call back for Follows policies and procedures of West Florida Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to WFH standards of
