Scott & Crosby is excited to partner with a health care organization in Mayfield, KY to find their new HR

Type of Role: In Office
Salary: up to $52,000

The Human Resources Generalist position supports the Human Resources Director in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of six major areas Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, safety program, employee health and
welfare benefits, local, state, and federal reporting, and commercial insurance

Duties:
  • Maintains competency and Knowledge of current standards and practice, trends, and developments in related scope of job role or
  • Participates in ongoing quality improvement activities
  • Maintains compliance with organizations policies, as well as established practices, protocols, and procedures of the position, department, and applicable professional standards
  • Complies with organizational and regulatory policies for handling confidential employee information
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service through their attitude and actions, consistent with the standards contained in the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization
  • Adheres to professional standards,hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and TJC standards and/or standard from other accrediting bodies


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws required
  • BA/BS required; Business Admin or Human Resources preferred
