Job Description
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, management, or accounting.
At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit or legal.
Understanding regulations and standards:
A deep understanding of local and international regulations and laws related to the industry in which the company operates.
Knowledge of international compliance standards such as ISO and GDPR.
Communication and guidance:
Excellent communication skills to orient employees and other officials on compliance requirements.
Ability to effectively provide guidance and training to ensure understanding of regulations and policies.
Analysis and evaluation:
The ability to analyze potential risks and evaluate their impact on the company.
Ability to develop and implement new procedures and policies to improve compliance.
