- Understand the profile of the business area, the strategic goals and use this, plus any people insight data, to identify, develop, agree and deliver a strategically aligned People Plan, that compliments the Divisional & HR Functional
- Deliver a Business Partnering service to the division leaders, whilst also acting as a trusted partner, coach and mentor for managers on people
- Collaborate with centres of excellence, specialist teams and internal or external providers to ensure delivery of Divisional or Business people
- Accountable for, and in partnership with the business, the delivery of a positive momentum in key people metrics ( retention, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent development etc) in line with the business/division people
- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders including Talent & OD, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HR systems to implement any global, regional or market initiatives and
- Manage employee engagement, talent reviews and performance management activities using globally agreed frameworks, tools and

- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology or any related business ;
- At least 8 years of working experience in HR Generalist functions
- Strong knowledge in IR, preferable from unionized working environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
