Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 10 years of experience in

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate

  • Collaborating with department heads to compile a consistent list of requirements for the new
  • Attracting suitable candidates through job postings, social media, company website, headhunting
  • Managing the job posting by periodically reviewing the recruiter sites and other recruitment platforms in accordance with the hiring
  • Conducting screening & shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance to the established selection
  • Conducting preliminary interviews over the phone to shortlist the potential candidates to invite for a direct
  • Conducting the interview tests for applicable designations to qualify the candidates and recommend for further
  • Conducting candidate reference check prior to proceeding with any hiring of
  • Ensuring complete documentation of new Arranging the facilities for the new joiners well in advance in coordination with relevant departments such as from IT, Admin,

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resource management or a similar
  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools ( resume databases and portfolio sites)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Charismatic and professional
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Ability to make quick
  • Nationality/gender is open for

A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource management in the automotive Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or related Good knowledge of UAE labour Good knowledge of Dubai trade portal Good interpersonal and communication Good command of Microsoft Office software packages, especially for Excel as well as other relevant software Be able to work independently and under Knowledge of SAP is advantageou
