BRANCH COORDINATOR ACCRA

Chance for Children aims to give streetconnected children in Ghana a dignified life and a bright future. Our mission is to improve the safety wellbeing and livelihood of streetconnected children and their families.

Since the year 2000 we have been committed to nurturing an inclusive environment that embraces the diversity and uniqueness of every Child. By this we have employed an integrated approach to strengthen Street Connected Children and their families to find unique and tailormade solutions for brighter prospects.

Currently we are on this mission in six (6) locations: Accra Hebron Kumasi Tamale Takoradi and Dambai using an integrated approach of street work prevention in communities reintegration and effective collaborations with different partners and stakeholders.

We are seeking a passionate and resultoriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Coordinator who will lead coordinate and develop activities of the Accra Branch with an approximate staff strength of twentyfive (25).

Skills :

In this role the Branch Coordinator shall:

1. Lead the branch team to meet the set goals.

o Coordinate and supervise all activities at the branch

o Ensure that the branch functions according to the concepts and quality standards in place.

o Organize and control the efficient use of resources at the branch

2. Support the team of social and development workers to determine interventions and arrange appropriate services and resources for clients families and communities.

3. Identify establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to harness resources that strengthen clients their families and communities.

4. Collaborate with other branches and the Accra team to explore and develop innovative approaches or interventions that address the evolving needs of streetconnected children and families.

5. Prepare develop and analyze reports of the branch for informed decisions.

6. Control budget and expenditure at the branch.

7. Be a good ambassador of the ideals of Chance for Children in the networks you build at the branch.

8. Have oversight responsibility over facilities at the Headquarters.

9. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that services and activities meet established standards
