Tasks
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and adoption of Qdrants Vector Database managed cloud and enterprise solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support addressing complaints and resolving issues to maximize client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay uptodate with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Team Management and Development: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific sales goals. Identify and attract top talent provide training and mentorship and create a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on increasing the companys market share and maximizing revenues. Set individual sales targets with the sales team and track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Forge strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Sales Forecasting and Analytics: Use data analysis to forecast future sales trends. Develop and adjust sales strategies based on analytics and feedback from clients and team members.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role.
- Experience in selling technology solutions preferably in databases opensource cloud services or related fields.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- BSc/BA in business administration sales or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
