Job Description
- Responsible for Egypt contractors / outsource monthly payroll transactions
- To act as Primary contact between operations and vendors
- Responsible for monthly data validation for all contractor’s data in alignment with Vodafone Egypt suppliers
- Confirming & Receiving monthly bills from the Vendors
- Responsible for the yearly PO’s replaced for each vendor in alignment with the assigned budget from Finance team
- Responsible for a monthly validation to all vendor’s payment and reconciliation with Finance Team
- Responsible for monthly reporting to all the concerned teams
- Monitor and report on the performance of vendors to ensure delivery in line with the contractual obligation and performance matrix
- Performing Monthly HR operations related to any outsource employee. (New hires, Payroll, leavers)
- Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders
- Ensure contract compliance with all internal company policies and procedures in alignment with the Egyptian Labor Law
