Job Summary:
Plans coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospitals policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Valid professional license in the country of origin
Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in nursing including 2 years of informal or formal leadership or development as a leader.
Active participation in or have coled or led a Performance Improvement project or initiative. Preferably have participation in accreditations (JCI CBAHI similar) as a leader.
Preferably have Magnet Journey experience or accreditation.
