Job Description

Were excited to share news about a new job opportunity at a fintech company that operates with remote teams spanning the globe.

As a (Technical) Account Manager in Jordan you will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients in the Middle East region.

Youll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients taking on the pivotal role of ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. Your responsibilities encompass cultivating strong relationships from the outset independently addressing or collaboratively resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your focus will extend to optimising the use of the companys products aiming to enhance success for both the client and the company.

Tasks

The company will rely on you to ensure swift acknowledgment and resolution of client requests independently and if required by coordinating with internal teams. Building and nurturing robust client relationships will involve regular onsite visits as well as communication via telephone Skype Zoom and email.

As an expert in each clients line of business you will function as their strategic partner actively identifying opportunities to upsell the companys products fostering continuous growth in revenue. Your payments knowledge will extend to articulate the companys offerings and technology fluently demonstrating how they align with and fulfill clients needs.

In addition to client support youll collaborate closely with global partners (such as Mastercard Visa banks) suppliers and internal teams like Customer Support and Tech. During the new client rollout phase youll collaborate with the New Business team to ensure a seamless transition and positive launch experience for the client. As a technical expert you will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving any issues in setting up new card programs.

Being frontfacing youll navigate challenging conversations negotiations and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary always with the commitment to providing topnotch service at the core of your actions.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • 8 years of relevant technical client support and relationship management experience supporting premier/enterpriselevel clients in fintech and/or SaaS companies
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in an environment synonymous with change
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to jump on client requests as they come up and go the extra mile
  • Ability to travel as needed to ensure adequate onsite interaction with the client

This is a fulltime remote contractor position and we are seeking candidates located in Jordan.
