Job Description
- Defines a product roadmap for corporate cash management products by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research.
- Develop, implement, enhance and support of the bank’s cash management products, services, and delivery channels from conceptual stages through the entire product life cycle.
- Acts as subject matter expert on assigned cash management products.
- Focus on product enhancements to ensure product offering remains competitive and scalable for client adoption and launches new products as needed to meet the product road map and the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Defines strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience for assigned products.
- Provides direction to leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities and opportunities.
- Evaluate, define, and develop products/ feature requirements to meet customers’ needs.
- Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and strategic goals are met.
- Review regularly and re‐evaluates competitive landscape comparing features, pricing, design and overall competitiveness.
- Measures and reviews product performance, revenue and profitability on an ongoing basis
- Ensures all new and existing products are in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
- Creates and maintains product materials such as product programs, procedures, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials.
- Develops and conducts product training as needed.
- Supports adoption of owned cash management products across the commercial and small business portfolio.
