Relationship Manager -direct sales
Job Description
- The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company &
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS)
- Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
- Customer - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms,Policies & processes
Requirements
- Qualification : Graduate/HSC
- Candidate should have field sales experience minimum of 1 year preferably in Insurance/NBFC/Banking
- Insurance sales will be an advantage
- Age - 25 to 45years
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years in field sales
- Age 25 - 45 years
- Min of 2yrs Sales Exp in financial institution, preferably partnership channels
- Two wheeler must
- Good Communication in English
- Job stability of years is must
