Key Account Service Manager German and English speaking homeoffice - Germany

Your mission

As a Key Account Service Manager your role involves overseeing the management of the companys key client base to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet their needs. You will coordinate and lead our team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians who visit our customers to repair our products (PV inverters). It will also be your task to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure the achievement of business objectives. The position can be based all over Germany in homeoffice or at Munich.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Key Account Management:

• Manage the daytoday business needs of our key clients including communication service delivery and support. Our products: Photovoltaic inverters at large customers all over Germany.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements by coordinating internal resources.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring a high level of satisfaction and conflict resolution.2. Client Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with our clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients gather feedback resolve issues and ensure high client satisfaction.3. Technical lead and coordination of a team:
• Collaborate closely with sales marketing service and other departments to ensure consistent support and service for key clients.
• Guide and support team members to ensure understanding and implementation of the companys key client service strategies.
• Keep good communication with HQ and EU service team and feedback progress timely. Daily working languages will be German and English.4. Onsite Investigation and Issue Resolution:
• Travelling required about 40% within Germany.
• Conduct onsite visits to client locations to investigate reported issues and concerns firsthand. Our products: PV inverters.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to devise and implement solutions to rectify onsite problems promptly.

Your profile

All right all right so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment thats why it is essential for you to have:

• University studies as Electrical Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer.
• Alternatively vocational training as Electrical Technician or Mechatronic Technician.
• Acknowledged Elektrofachkraft according to DIN VDE.
• Knowledge about PV inverter or battery storage is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role. Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Fluent German (C1C2) and English (C1) language skills are mandatory. Your daily working languages will be German and English.
• Valid driving license for Germany mandatory. Travelling required up to 40% within Germany.
