As the Business Application Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service at Consilium Safety Group you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our field service operations and aftermarket service processes. Your primary focus will be on harnessing the power of Dynamics 365 Field Service to enhance operational efficiency and streamline our service delivery. The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Application Manager. In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing the entire lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service from initial configuration and customization to ongoing maintenance and optimization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our aftermarket services teams to understand their unique requirements and translating them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Additionally you will be responsible for managing relationships with software vendors related to Dynamics 365 Field Service participating in contract negotiations and staying informed about industry trends. Ensuring seamless integration of Dynamics 365 Field Service with existing systems and processes planning and executing system upgrades and migrations and driving testing for implementation and future upgrade releases will also be key aspects of your role. You will implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards within Dynamics 365 Field Service to protect sensitive data. Providing user support troubleshooting issues offering training when necessary and driving Super Users in the global organization will be essential to your success. Monitoring the uptime of Dynamics 365 Field Service conducting regular checks and developing and managing the budget for Dynamics 365 Field Service to ensure costeffectiveness are integral components of this position. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation of Dynamics 365 Field Service configurations and processes. If you are a dynamic professional with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Field Service management.
Who are you
To be considered for this role candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business application management preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Key qualifications include a strong understanding of operational processes (preferably aftermarket service processes) proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and excellent project management skills with a successful track record in implementation and optimization projects within the field service domain. Additionally candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills knowledge of data security and compliance standards vendor management experience and relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP.
