A global FinTech firm is looking for a talented Data Engineer to join their team and play a pivotal role in building and optimizing their data infrastructure to enable advanced analytics and datadriven decisionmaking. As a Data Engineer you will have the opportunity to design develop and maintain robust data pipelines and systems that empower their organization to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Implement data modeling techniques for data consistency and integrity
- Optimize data infrastructure for improved performance and efficiency
- Deploy machine learning models for advanced analytics
- Design and build interactive data visualization dashboards and reports
- Monitor and enhance data quality governance and security practice
- Collaborate with the team to integrate ETL processes with other data systems
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in ETL Development
- Min. 1 year of experience in Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with PySpark and Azure Synapse is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
