Position: Data Engineer Oracle Mongo DB/AI ML Scientist
Location: Pune & Chennai

Job Description:
- In this role youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Play a key strategic role in terms of selecting modeling strategies and related roadmaps for development testing and deployment of AI/machine learning models.
- Layout and execution of the AI projects and implementations (ML model development lifecycle) including hypothesis generation and testing solutioning model building deployment and retraining.
- Prepare the plan and oversee the implementation deployment and hosting of ML models along with implementation of continuous delivery/deployment strategies (A/B testing canary testing etc)
- Use and support the implementation of the firms AI infrastructure used for model training/retraining and model deployment in production.
- Prepare the plan and ensure compliance with model risk management and governance processes
- LeadIAI projects of high business impact and collectively high impact..
- Collaborate/communicate effectively with customers partners and stakeholders representing different product lines and provide training and mentor the team
- Support recruiting development engagement and retention of data scientists machine learning engineers and data engineers.
- To be successful in this role were seeking the following:
- Understands data very well and has working knowledge of various Big Data technologies and their use in AI/ML
- Have expertise in statistics and probability and the evaluation of data use algorithms and models by external organizations.
- Has built machine learning models including data preparation techniques feature engineering techniques and related ML algorithms to solve real world problems
- Has a solid understanding and working knowledge of cloud AI/ML services on GCP Azure and AWS.
- Experience of coding languages such as python R C Java and AI/ML frameworks and packages such as Vertica AI Jupyter notebook keras pytorch tensorflow torch and others.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Mongo DB
- Is well versed in Data Science development lifecycle project implementation methodologies such as agile etc. and stays current with the AI research areas and current trends
- Knowledge of financial domain and investment banking is an advantage .
