Network Technician - IT Support to Renowned Technology Leader in Brno

A leader in technology services is on the lookout for a Network Technician to join its dynamic Technology Infrastructure Team. This role offers a chance to be part of a team that is essential in providing topnotch IT support playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the companys tech infrastructure.

As a Network Technician you will be pivotal in delivering local IT support managing technology infrastructure projects and ensuring the smooth operation of systems in the Brno location. Your role will include the physical handling of hardware assets installation of PCs laptops and preparing hardware for deployment.

Tasks

• Delivering local IT support for technology infrastructure projects.
• Managing physical hardware assets and maintaining asset inventory.
• Providing enduser support for applications OS issues and site support/administration.
• Working in central shifts and offering oncall support as required.

Requirements

• Strong customerfacing communication analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Advanced general IT knowledge with experience in Active Directory WSUS AntiVirus Servers and networking.
• Proficiency in supporting user applications like MS Office Citrix VPN.
• Adequate English proficiency (at least B2 level).
• Relevant IT education (Bachelor/Master) or professional experience in a similar position.
